Good fish & chips
2 portion. easy 30 min
Sweet Potato Fries
• 300 g sweet potatoes
• olive oil
• 0.5 paragraph cloves of garlic
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 350 g Pollock or other white fish
• a little flour
• 2 beaten eggs
• 40 g corn flakes, crushed (without sugar)
• 0.5 paragraph red cabbage
•one heart salad
• 3 PCs. carrot
• 0.5 bdt. radish
1. Ferrets: Scrub the potatoes and cut them into sticks for pommes cut out.
2. Turn them with olive oil and salt.
3. Wide them out on a baking tray on baking paper and fry them in a hot oven at 220 degrees, preferably with barbecue, until golden and smækre approximately 20-25 minutes.
4. Turn down the oven the last 6-8 minutes, to 170 degrees – so it is ready for your fish.
5. Fish: Share the fish in elongated pieces.
6. Turn it in flour, egg, and crushed cornflakes.
7. Increased by 170 degrees in the hot oven for about 10 minutes, or to the fish is just cooked.
8. Avocado mayo: Blend garlic and avocado in a food processor.
9. Add the oil a little at a time and season with salt and a little lemon juice.

12. Serve the fish and ferrets with crisp vegetables and avocado mayo to dip in.
13. TIP: pay attention to the corn flakes you use, must be sugar-free. Otherwise, it is a quite different experience!
